Jadawin,

sorry not getting back to you! I am getting ready to leave for disney/florida for ten days with my wife and two girls... Trying to finish up on work , packing and all the loose ends before going out of town Thrusday night...

The opus was a power ranger, I am glad you enjoyed it! I hope you smoked it after a good meal and while sitting down Wink

The other two unbanded sticks are some fresh rolled torpedos from cuban tobacco I got from local roller in the islands... Very young, not aged and aren't very good. Poor tobacco, construction, burn and bunching... If you like them, I will send you the rest of them! I have like four left from my trip. Big Grin

I've decided that RATS will be a monthly thing and I am capping participation at 15, mostly because that is the most email and name selecting my GF is willing to do. I'll let you guys know when this kicks off for October!

October sounds good I was hoping I wouldn't have to wait long to get in on one of these.

Sounds like a good idea.

Box dates are crucial, though.

I honestly think we'd have trouble finding 15 participants, might have to pare it down to 8-10 participants.

Well, all Habanos or high end stuff. No regular line bs, Padron Anniversary's, FFox, Anejo, DC, VSG, those new mofo's Tatuaje, you know, top shelf $hit.

Peace.

I kinda thought that was the idea anyhow??? I tried to make mine like that....I just threw in a couple of lesser cigars as extras. But I thought the point was to send the better stuff with these RATS? I would have kept that Padron for myself!!!! (Just kidding Chad Wink )

Smokin is right, the idea is to send the best you can. I try to send a mix of top shelf (Anejo, Opus), as well as stuff that people might not be able to find easily (pair of FaceOffs)

I was just saying that if we made it all Habanos, it might limit participation. I for one have Cuban's but not much diversity, but I could manage a nice Cuban pass. Others might not have diversity enough to feel they could participate. Heck, some guys count themselves lucky that they can swing a single box of CC's. They might not have a problem generosity-wise with sending you 5 Monte #2's, but might feel because their selection is limited, they shouldn't participate.

For example TPSO hit me upside the head with a Cuban bomb in one RATS that included many EL's and topshelf stuff. I could come close to matching that diversity, but not neccesarily the rarity of some of those smokes.

Just something to think about. If enough people want a Habanos RATS, we'll do it!

I can't wait! I've enjoyed the PIF but I'm looking forward to getting into trading a little bit more.
