Yeah, it's cool. I look at it kinda like a locker room atmosphere... when you're a freshman on the team, you walk on eggshells and try to get a feel for the environment, people and the boundaries. I don't mind paying dues. Actually, this is one of the last remaining places where these types of traditions can still take place without ending in a Supreme Court level discrimination case!
