My diverticulitis flared up over the weekend, aggravated by a pre-drinking visit to the Mexican Post restaurant, followed by a late night post-drinking diner binge with the guys Saturday night.

My GF Jo stepped up and got things rolling last night for me. I called out of work today and I feel better. I'll be sending my package out today.
