Well.....if its 9pm on the 31st (which isn't November yet darnit!).....some of us will still be trick-or-treating since that's only 6pm here!

I meant that I like to start RATS on a Friday, send out names over the weekend, then packages tend to go out Mon-Tues and people are getting cigars by/on the weekend. If we kick it off Tues. Nov. 1st, names go out Wednesday (Thursday at the latest), hopefully most packages go out Fri-Sat but maybe not because people are busy then, and people start receiving on Mon-Tues even Wednesday. I just like starting on a Friday better because it seems to be the best turn around and people like getting cigars at the end of the week/weekend. Because of this I might amend RATS to open on the 1st Friday of every month. That's not cast in stone, but I am open to suggestions.
