I'm adding TREMANSELLE to the list, as he deserves to be on it. I offered to be his mooch on "pay it forward 2" on sept 9th. He has yet to respond, and I'm sure he never will!

Hey guys,

Very sad news..... I believe the box is gone... He hasn't returned any of my calls or emails... He also keeps loging on to cA, as to say F You, Yeah I stole the Box! The address that he has given appears to be not his...

[deleted] Someone by the name of [deleted] lives there... maybe a friend or girl friend age 34. Can't get the phone number, yet.

I tried to give him the benifit of the doubt. Very wrong, very wrong indeed.

I will be going to the local police and post office tomorrow to file the nessary reports. That way I can contact the brimfield police dept and a lawyer in that area. In this state any theft of over $250 dollars is considerd a felony. The box has always been insured for $300. I hope Ohio has the same law.

Even if the box is returned, I will still press charges. He has probably ruined, damaged, destroyed, smoked, wiped his ass with them... Remember, cigars are a perishable item. Even if he returns them now, they will be tainted in some way...

Any one have any suggestions? This whole thing has been very troubling and sad to me... My beloved cigars stolen by a low life thug with NO HONOR... You do something nice and what do you get? out over $300 dollars in cigars...

being out the money is not a big deal, having "my cigars" which I love, in the hands of someone that does this, is...

Doug H. (Vitasea at cigarpass) of Omaha Nebraska. Doug has been sending out multiple fake Cohibas to member on Cigarpass as "seeds" for them to buy from him. He has sold and traded fake cigars as well as posted much miss-information to make what he has sound legit.

He is working as the US "Partner" for a long time and formerly trusted UK vendor. This UK vendor has a "tax free cigar" page offered to those that live in the states and Doug is the point man. At least 4 of the customers complained about fake cigars, the UK Vendor refunded their money and told them he was ending the partnership. He has NOT done so.

The admin and mods at Cigar Weekly where this vendor "was" an advertiser, asked the vendor to get rid of the US partner or be pulled from the board. He decided to keep his US partner and scam job and was pulled from Cigar Weekly.

I'd like to add Fankpartagas AKA Acidpartagas
to the bad traders list. This pond scum accepted a PIF2 pass from Thomas45 and never fullfilled his obligation. Mad
Even after promising to do so through several emails. This guy is obviously a risk for any trade and a real piece of work - Who knows with an Ohio address he may very well be FineFiddler in resurection Eek
