So do you guys have any suggestions? I've tried all different permutations and this one seems to be the most "doable." Plus imagine everyday a new post stating what was in the package!

I think it sounds great as it stands. One question though. What qualifies someone for the BHP?

The BHP will be the 13th prize. Let's review...

13 people put 6 sticks each into the pot. That is 78 cigars. If you add up the 12 Days of Christams, it's 78 gifts get it? I divide the cigars into lots of 1,2,3,4,5, etc. We'll draw names out of a hat or other unbiased arbitrary method. 1st guy is 1st day of Christmas and so on. Last guy pulled is the Ba Humbug Prize. This hasn't been decided yet, I was thinking gag gift and/or BMOC has volunteered his talents.

Example:

"On the 1st day of Christmas BinDerSmokDat gave to me, 1 Carlos Fuente Sr. Autographed FFOX Perfexcion A!"

"On the 2nd day of Christmas BMOC gave to me, Two Fuente Between The Lines!"

And so on. Each person will post leading up to Xmas, which will culminate with the BHP!

I may have the participants email me if they are interested instead of posting on the board, then it will be a really big surprise when people post what they got.

Like I said, I'm working the kinks out and explaining stuff here now so we won't run into issues when we kick this off. I think we have enough participation potential out there to make it happen. I'll handle all the sorting and shipping of the 12 "gifts" out.
