I work late tonight so I won't see the actual person's name or the cigars until 8pm, but I have my suspicions. Damn, I'm not going to get anything done thinking about that package!

Maybe they used FedEx.

My sneaking suspicion was confirmed, it was Chris himself that drew my name, you sneaky SOB.

That's the problem with letting in Jersey guys, they always try and out do you. Chris sent me a

Fuente Don Carlos #2
Fuente Hemingway Classic
Camacho 2005 Liberty
Bolivar PC (CC)
Perdomo La Tradicion P
Padron 1926
Ghurka Ancient Warrior

The nerve of that guy! Thanks, Chris, you went way overboard! The '26 and Hemingways are some of my favorites and I am fresh out of Don Carlos #2's, perfect timing. And didn't anyone ever tell you Cubans are illegal? Wink I also love Camacho Liberty but haven't had a 2005, so I'm dying to open that red, white and blue coffin! I also like Perdomo La Tradicion, the P is a new size for me. The only cigar that is a curve ball for me is the Ghurka, I usually don't buy them but I get them in trades from time to time. Every one I have ever smoked has been pretty good and if this one smokes half as good as it looks, I'm in for a treat. Thanks again Chris!

Sorry for the rest of you still waiting for a package, be patient it will be there soon!

Sweet poop on a stick, Chris!

I don't think i can beat that RATS in quality but hopefully I made up for it in quantity... to ___________. Wink

Yeah it was 5 sticks and really to be fair, people should keep to that, but you know the guys around here. The SOB's are generous to a fault! In Chris' case, that's what happens when a North Jersey guy plays, they can't count! Wink

Anyway, I always try to wow them with 5 and sometimes I tack on a gimmick stick or two like the tree-sized Connie Presidente or one of my homegrown, handrolled cigars.

Hope my 5 is adequate for ___________. I think the contents of the package will speak for themselvesWink

Any other packages received yet? Or just BinDer? Half of the fun of these RATS is to live vicariously through other packages. By my calculations __________ should get his package later today or tomorrow. Hope I get mine soon since I will be out of the office on Friday and won't get mail here again until Tuesday. The thought of my new sticks being left in the office all alone for so long makes me shudder.

I thought about the long weekend only after sending my cigars. I sent them regular mail because it has been my experience that Priority isn't any faster. I remember a consumer group doing a test and in some cases regular mail was just as fast or faster than Priority! I think the only exception was long cross-country packages and even then Priority only saved a day.

I think my person should be getting cigars today or the next.

Just got my package in from Tom aka DieHardPuffer. Not very good on my Opus X or VSG sizes but got one churchill size one of each, a RP 92 Churchill, Bolivar, and a Punch Rare Corojo, plus a bonus stick--JdN Antanto.

Thanks Tom! Nice play. Never had the rare corojo or the Bolivar and haven't smoked a VSG in about 8 months.

Now, did my package of dog rockets ever get to ____________???

Peace.

Mmmmmm VSG, is there anyone who doesn't like them? I don't think I have ever had a bad one and several of them have been my top 10 smokes of my lifetime.

Congrats and thanks for playing RATS IV to both DHP and EP.

Hey Thomas,

You really out did yourself! Ooch, TEN beautiful sticks. I just got done smoking the Punch Gran Puro... It was a wonderful smoke w/some Johnne Walker black. Cool Great finish for the last day of August. Tomorrow is a new day and month.

I can't wait to smoke the San Cris and the CAO Criollo. And the Opus was a great finishing touch.

MMMMmmmmmm Ashton Cab and Don Tomas Corojo! Some of my favorites.

Thomas email me! Eek

It's a Padron 3k and the maduro Fuente is a Hemingway Classic I believe.

People aren't smoking cigars to be trendy, cool or stylish. They're smoking cigars because they like them. Because they enjoy the experience. Because for about $5 they can spend an hour sampling one of life's greatest luxuries.
