Hello everyone! I figured this year we may have a lot more participants in this years Secret Santa, so I am going to do this a little earlier than usual. It may take a bit to get all names and figure out who will be in this or not.

It has been a weird years for trading on CA. We have had some good times and not so good times on here that I had to decide on how to do this.

First of all to all that are new I am going to give an explanation of the way this goes and you can decide if you want to put your name in the hat or not.

I will write down everyone’s name in the order I get their email on 1 sheet of paper. Then I will write everyone’s name down on small pieces of paper that will go into the hat.

My Fiancée will then pull the names from the hat (Since I am joining this year.) The first name pulled will be assigned to the first name on the list and so on.
I will then email every one on the list telling you what name was picked for you to send your package to. My Fiancée will email the person that my name was picked for and give you my address. To many names for me to figure out who was chosen for me, so that will not e a problem.

Then I will come up with one date…probably November 30th for everyone to start mailing their packages. Then you will have to the end of that week to get your package out. They key is for everyone to get the packages within the same time frame.

Once you get your package you will post the contents on a thread that I will create, and then the sender or "Santa" will reveal themselves.

It has went great before, we have had Cigars, beer, bottles, humidors, full boxes, etc, go out before. This is Christmas so the key is to maybe study your person and see what they may benefit from or like the most.

Remember this is not limited to cigars, you can send whatever accessories or whatever else you may, but there will be a minimum of sticks that must be included.

So now onto the rules.

#1. A minimum of five sticks must go out. Last year everyone exceeded that, and I hope that is the case this year, there will be no Maximum!

#2. You must have a successful trade, PIF, Box pass or etc.

#3. You can not have ANY debt owed to anyone, if you do email me.

#4. You must be able to send and get sticks or have someone that can during that week

#5 Will be open to international members

Post count will not matter as much as what you have offered to this forum. The last two years have been great and I hope to have another great year.

The rules are pretty simple and my name will also be at stake if I let someone in and you do not deliver on your promise. Lets make this 3 successful years in a row.

New addition to this years Santa. Once I get the proposed list….I will forward that list to everyone. If someone on that list owes anyone something, its up to you to email me and let me know.

So now everyone who qualifies for now and you want to participate send me a email with the Subject: Secret Santa 2009 , then in the body include your forum name and your Mailing address:

Real Name
City, State Zipcode.

Please put Secret Santa 2009 in the subject, I created a mail filter for all these email to go there.

Thank you and remember this is not the final that guarentees your participation. Sorry to be so strict, but this year certainly calls for it.

Take a look at the past Santa passes we will have to compete with.
