LOL. It's a good thing most of those geese end up on Long Island ;]

I sent all that? What was I thinking?

Smile

I'm glad you're enjoying them... And I'm glad that it took less time to get from here to there than the reverse...

Also hoping that you didn't have to pay too much on the customs fees... Eek

So many cigars, so little time...

No fees, which is weird because they were flagged for duties on the tracking site. I dunno, I got lucky I guess.

That's good news! Thanks - I was a bit concerned.

I shipped it air on Dec 4th. Let me know if you get anything tomorrow, if not I'll go to plan B.

Hmm, whats the tracking say? Air should have more details than the regular post office right?

Nope, express has tracking, air doesn't. Normally express is faster but according to the nice lady at the post office, "this time of year express would only be a day faster than regular air". I think she may have been wrong.

Ozz, because this was my idea and apparently it has not gone well for you, I have ordered a small package of cigars from an American vendor that should get to you either tomorrow or Friday. Hopefully the package I sent from home shows up as it contained some nice cigars. If the original does not show I will reship a package with the same cigars.

That is too kind of you.
If the original package is still on the way, I assume their goal is to deliver it before Dec 25. Lets give it a few more days.

That's very thoughtful - another example of the generosity I've seen on this board

Ok. Some good news to report.
The sampler from Holts arrived today. Thank you JWeb. I liked that sampler so much, I got it myself a couple of weeks ago ;]

I really hope the original box isn't lost. I don't want to think of what was in there. If you are going to send anything else out, let me give you my FedEx account number to ease some of the pain at least.

Thanks again,
John

I'm glad you like it ozz, in the rules I think I said that unless they were Cuban dunhills that no one would send only 5 cigars. The 5 you received are nice but no CC dunhills. I just wanted you to have something before Christmas. If the original package doesn't show up I'll re-ship it after the Christmas rush is over. Thanks to everyone for participating, it was fun.

Ok, everyone ready for some International Porno?

Cigars 1

Cigars 2

Cigars 3

Case 1

Case 2

I'm really glad nothing was lost in the mail. The package arrived on the 24th. I look forward to trying them all. Need to store them in a new Humi first!
That large three finger case is a very nice touch. Again, thanks so much for everything!
Merry Christmas
