Bburnham, thanks again. I couldn't wait a couple days and already smoked the shark. I have my sights set on that LFD and San Cristobal. The new davidoff is a real beauty with a gorgeous wrapper. You definitely went above and beyond.

Really? How was it? I actually have never tried one! They were in that shipment I was waiting on. You think the others are ready to smoke or should they sit for awhile?

Well I smoked the shark and didn't have any problems. I probably should let them set at least a week but I am to impatient. Also I will tell you the SAn Cristobal was very good. THe construction was flawless and it had very good flavors. Reminded me a little of the tatuaje reserve SW but I picked up more nutty/coffe from the wrapper. The rest I think will sit for at least a week. It's going to be tough to resist that winston (that thing is sweet looking)

I also got a mocha/coffee flavor from the San Cristobel. I enjoyed it, glad you did as well. For sure post when you try out that Winston Churchill I am curious to see if they are worth getting more or not.

Ok, so my camera is not working as my wife lost the charger and the battery is dead. I'll post what was in my box without the picture and as soon as I round up a camera I'll add the pic. Oh, also this was the most generous gift I have EVER received from someone I havn't even met before,,,, a true BOTL.

-a 5 vegas 20ct humidor filled with the following (I'm not sure on some)

-Padilla Miami corona
-Padilla Miami salomon
-88 illusione robusto
-99 illusione churchill
-VSG illusion X 2
-Tatuaje churchill
-Tatuaje petite corona
-Torano Exodus gold torpedos X 2
-AF Work of Art X 2 (maybe?)
-AF resera xtra viejo (not sure what this is)
-AF barber pole small perfecto (also not sure)

This was crazy, thank you VERY much.
ps. the miami corona is the only cigar I've had before, which is cool.

This looks like a pretty neat thread as well. Oh, I assume that barber pole in a Between the Lines. A very nice, rare smoke. You're only allowed to buy one at a time if you order from Tampa Sweethearts. That Anejo is probably a 48, I just got one in the secret santa trade. They look great.

Good jobs guys. We have two nice holiday trades going on here.

Merry Christmas!

My challenge was to find smokes that you would probably like, but that you might have a hard time finding up north.

In other words, what cigars does one give to a man who can walk to the corner B&M and buy Habanos?

Smile

The Fuentes are:

1 x AF Anejo #50
1 x AFH Between the Lines
2 x AFH Untold Story

Enjoy them, with my thanks for putting this together. I'm looking forward to next year!

Oz - Smoked the La Aurora this past weekend. Never had their regular line, I really enjoyed it. I can't wait to try something new next time. I'm thinking I will find have to head out to a local bar that still allows cigars this Thursday since I dont get the NFL network and Denver Houston is a MUST see game!

You're welcome. Glad you are enjoying it (so far!).
I have a couple of the Aurora's that I haven't had yet. The one I sent you and the pretty 1903 perfecto's...
I know how you feel about the NFL network, I am a big Cowboys fan and missed the Packers game two weeks ago. Good luck with your quest to find a bar!
