This thread is getting a little long. I think it's time to start a new one with Sarctonpsu being the first to ask, who is the biggest mooch.

I'll email him and on Monday the new thread will start. Any questions, opinions, etc?

Yes, this thread is long, but I think it stands as a testament to the spirit of the board. I think it would be a shame to stop it now. It’s almost at 1000 post

This is one thread on this site that I make a point to read every few days. Whether you start a new thread or let this one keep going, I'll keep reading. And my humi is really full so I have to PIF in the very near future. Hope one of you guys has some room in yers Wink

I read this thread every couple of days also. I think it would be a shame to stop it. It is a great thread for noobs like me when they first join up to learn about the PIFS. It also adds a sense of security because it has been going so long.

I agree with keeping the original thread going for the sole purpose of added security. I have not yet been a mooch but will soon in the future because of the success of this thread. A noob can read through some of these posts and see that this is all legit. A great way to ensure that noobs, like me, will join the PIF.

Either way would be fine, but is cool to see a thread with almost 1000 posts. I'm going to jump back in this soon.

What does the length of the thread have to do with anything?

Pay it Forward 2 (started by Mr. Fuente) has over 2300 posts. The original PIF thread had over 2500 posts.

New threads were only started when someone F'd up the PIF and it died for some time.

I only suggested it because it's alot to read through sometimes for a newbie. However, It does contain alot of good info. So, we'll just keep it.

Frankluke, Sarctonpsu says he'll be back by tomorrow to ask the question.

I have to agree that the thread is a good tool for new folks like me. It will give me a great idea what I should send out. Seems like standards are high and I look foward to participating. I already have about 8 sticks I plan to send out. Some are my favorites, some are nice quality but not for me. Gives me a chance to try somthing new and make room in the humi. Some of my less favorites are others favorites. Seems like a win win for everyone.
I will be watching in the next few weeks.

Wow, someone if going to get it. I think Sarctonpsu is going to ask on monday, so this should get going again soon. I'll jump back this week sometime.

Whoops, I didn't see that CEC said that already.

What is the current status of the PIF? I saw Julio got his PIF from Signguy, but after that I have not seen much action. By the way I love reading this thread, I look forward to it each day.
