Talk about the blind leading the blind here. I thought you were supposed to email the donor with your address (i.e. Email Sent "EMS"), so I was waiting on that. I tried looking at your profile to get your email address jay but it wasn't there, can you shoot me an email w/your address, etc.?
1) When someone posts the question, "Who is the biggest Mooch?", the first person to answer "I am the biggest mooch" wins that mooch.
2) The person who asked the question and the person who won it, exchange info for shipping.
3) The person who won now has 2 days to ask the mooch question and the process starts all over again.
4) Once you receive your package from whoever you mooched off of, you must post what cigars they sent you.
5) You can only mooch once every 2 weeks so that others may have a chance to participate.
5) Although there is no restrictions on what sticks to send out or how many, sending out White Owls, Dutch Masters, Phillies, etc... is not in good taste. Remember, the person you send to will post what they received and bad senders risk becoming bad receivers in future PIF's.

my bad, you are correct. there was a rule change as of As of(12-07-06) that i need to send you my info. i read the rules before that and thought i was waiting for you to contact me. no worries the pif wont stop. i will ask the question in a few hours.
