The following is a cut/paste from Noob Edition 2. The rules sound good, so I think they should apply again, with a change in the question though.

Here are the rules:

[1] If you want to pay it forward post the question "Who is the biggest mooch!?"

[2] The first person who answers "I'm the biggest mooch here!" gets free smokes from the person who asked the question. Do not answer if you have no cigars to pay forward.

[3] Within 48 hours, the person who replied must post a message on this thread asking the question "Who is the biggest mooch!?" with the understanding that he or she will send free cigars within 1 week to the next person to answer "I'm a righteous mooch".

[3a]
As of now (12-07-06), a new rule applies. This will be added to the original rule set.

The person who must pay it forward is responsible for his/her PIF. If an address is not recieved within 48 hours, the intended recipient will be dropped and the question, "who is a big mooch" should be asked again.

[4] There is no limit on how many to send but a minimum of 3 cigars should be forwarded. The cigars may originate from any country. Be as righteous as your conscience or funds allow!

[5] So that more players will be able to participate, you may not answer the question again for a period of 2 weeks.

[6] This will continue until some unscrupulous player breaks the chain by failing to; (A) pay it forward within 1 week, (B) post the question within 48 hours (C) send quality cigars to their recipients.

Please read these rules carefully before you decide to participate for your honor is at stake! Also, Asking for Cubans is the best way not to get them. You get what you get, half the fun is not knowing what you'll recieve!

And.....Check back on this thread often for questions and/or problems concerning your PIF

Who is the biggest mooch!!!!????

---------------------------------------------

Here's a quick note on packing your PIF. The best way so far is to put the gars, with humidification if possible, into a plastic ziploc bag.

Fold the bag over the cigars and tape down to keep the cigars from moving around. This will keep damage to a minimum. Use the foam peanuts or bubble wrap for the best protection and then seal the box well.

Happy PIF'ing!

He will soon post a message asking the question "Who's the biggest mooch?" Jump in then and let's get this thang started...

I am new here, and I am not sure of the "game" at hand,.. But I will say that I am quite a bit mooch. When it comes to some things.

correct that. It should say that I am quite a "big" mooch. I am a "bit" of one too, but that is not what I was typing...

Well if you can't play the game, I can't let you in. So do you understand the rules.

Close enough, Rik. You say bit mooch, I say big mooch. You get the game, right? The rules are in the first post. Couldn't be simpler (or is it "more simple?")

I humbly propose we post what we receive just to give others some idea of what's been done to date. Might take some of the guess work out.

Yeah, sorry about that shipment. I was all out of my usual El Crappo petite coronas. (Motto: "Made with only the finest Hungarian tobacco.")
