kinda weird, in one day we have 3 different posts pop up about selling Opus X's

out of curiosity (and I'm sure I'm about to get put in my place for saying this), why is bigrons allowed to get away with selling his opus x while jackel gets reprimanded? I can guess that it's probably because jackel is a noob and bigrons has 300 some posts, but shouldn't they both be held to the same standards? (bigrons, no offense to you I'm sure you know the rules)
That said, jackel those are some crazy asking prices just for opus...

I agree, neither one of them should be selling cigars, only trading is allowed

i meant the standard of not being allowed to sell cigars, not how much they are selling them for. bigrons seems nice, I'm sure he wouldn't price gouge. also I'm sure jackel didn't mean to charge that much intentionally....I hope
I apologize for not knowing the rules, I read the posts and I thought it meant retailers where not to sell on the site. Once you all pointed that out I changed the post to determine where I might sell the Opus.
As far as the asking price, it is not out of line from what I see online reseller’s selling Opus for. Yes it is above MSRP, no one is forcing anyone to pay that much but if you really want some Opus (supply/demand). Most retailers selling at MSRP do not have any available.
Gouging is selling a sheet of ply-wood for $50 in a hurricane to folks who have to have it. Selling a cigar is transaction that is between a buyer and seller to determine what price they will agree to pay.
I appreciate everyones feedback and will refrain from posting cigars for sale in the future.

as a BOTL you shouldn't want to profit off of selling these. if you do then try ebay where gougers like yourself will fit in.

it is out of line. i just posted a retail authorized fuente outlet that has them for almost half the price you are asking for.

according to a basic google search gouging defined is = The term price gouging refers to the phenomenon of sharply rising prices of items in (often temporary) high demand.
because of the demand you are doubling the price. BTW your example doesn't fly. i live in a major hurricane area and supplies are cheaper and tax free during hurricane season. nice try though.
