Tupperdor is seasoned and the box is going out Tuesday or Wednesday. I will keep everyone informed.
The Rules: (Some borrowed from previous passes)
US Residents only to keep things rolling smoothly.
If you receive the package on the end of the week, please keep it until Monday to ship out, as I would rather have the cigars in your air-conditioned house or office versus a Post Office storage space.
When receiving the box, the humidifier is a Diamond Crown XL. Remove the top and add distilled water until full. There will also be a temp and humidity gauge in the box as well. Please make sure that the packaging is sufficient to prevent damage. If the box needs to be replaced, please do so. If for some reason the tupperdor becomes too small, please start another and e mail me the costs and I will reimburse you.
Try to ship the box within 72 hours of receiving it.
Ship priority with tracking. Preferably Fed Ex or UPS, the monetary difference isn’t really that great.
Make sure to purchase insurance on the package. Insurance will vary, if you have any questions as to what amount to insure, please ask.
Post takes/puts and tracking numbers in this thread as well as in an email to me so that they can be tracked on the website.
Each player may take from the box up to five (5) cigars of their choice and will be expected to replace the “takes” with an equal number of “puts” of approximately the same monetary value as the takes (based on MSRP). Two $5 dollar sticks do not equal one $10 stick. However, remember that some sticks may be harder to find and take that into account when determining value.
Please do not add another of the same type of cigar to the pass if there are over 2 of them in the pass already.
It would be bad form to take Cubans and replace them with non-Cubans. If you have any questions please e-mail me, if you are unsure of the source for the cigars, please e-mail me so that it can be verified.
Please do NOT under any circumstances add flavored or artificially aromatic cigars to the box (NO LARS, NO ACIDS, NO HAVANA HONEYS, ETC.)
There is going to be a disposable camera in the box, please take some pics of yourself or your cigars and I will post them on the internet for the boxpassers to access.

Prayers please. Bad News My wife is in the hospital. She has not been feeling well for the past several days and today when she got up to go to the bathroom fell face first to the floor. The bad thing is that I was asleep when it happened and I woke about a half hour later, checked on her and found her swolen up somthing awfull and very tired. Off to the ER and 11 hrs later they figure out that she was retaining CO2. She can be a complicated case as Lupus can be difficult. God was watching as today was my day off and if it had been another day she would have laid there for hours, or worse. I just came home (about 4:00 am my time) to a little yellow sticker. it says they will try to deliver tomorrow from 2-5, but not sure I will be home. I will call and mebbe try to PU tomorrow if not home.
Please keep my wife and our family in your prayers and I will update you as things progress.
I know I should be worried, but I know she will be fine. Once when she was VERY sick in intensive care God showed me Psalms 46. I lean on that Psalm and know that God is in her and wait for the break of day.
Psalms 46: 1 God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. 2 Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, 3 though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. Selah
4 There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells. 5 God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day. 6 Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall; he lifts his voice, the earth melts. 7 The LORD Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. Selah
Thank you, Kosmen (Mark)

Sorry to hear that man. My prayers are with you. I hope all goes well. As for the pass, if you need to keep it a few extra days I understand. Thanks for keeping up posted.
Take your time and take care of your family. We all understand, and we all wish the best for a speedy and full recovery. If there is anything we can do to help. Let us know.
