I just allotted 15 slots but didn't know how many to expect. I'll take anyone up until this coming Monday when I ship out the first cigar. I believe we have enough people signed up that we will continue on even if no one else wants in.

Sounds good, Mike. Shoot me an e-mail with your forum name and mailing address and I'll get you on the list. E-mail address is in my profile.

The cut off date is tomorrow (6/16) morning. I will be sending the first cigar out then. If you want to sign-up do so today!

I will be holding a random drawing to determine the order of the list. I'll post it sometime tomorrow mid afternoon.

I'll jump in if I'm not too late.

I planned on including a document that would continue to be sent on that included the entire list of addresses and people would only have to ship to the person under their name. Hopefully that list doesn't get lost from person to person. Do you have a method you think would work better?

I guess I could individually e-mail each person telling them who to send to? Doesn't matter to me.

i think it would be easier to do a pass at the same time, i think 1 at a time would be time consuming and ultimately not worth the wait. either you could individually mail the addys to the ppl they send to or you could just send out a whole list with all the addys in a bulk email so you only have to write 1. idk, whatever easier, its just a suggestion, but its your game so whatever you decide.

I do believe I'll take the advice of someone who has done this more times that I have. Thanks for the input thaterp!

Instead of waiting to recieve a cigar in the mail it will be easier to have everyone send at the same time. Try to get your end out by the week's end.

I have e-mailed to everyone the order of our pass and the address that each person needs to send their cigar to. Just find your name on the list and send to the person in the next spot below you.

Don't forget to write a small review of the cigar that you recieved after you have enjoyed it.

Remember you are only required to send one cigar. If you chose to send more that is up to you, just don't be upset if you send 5 and only get one in return. Wink It's all about enjoying the ride!
