I haven't gotten involved out of fear of not following the proper procedure. The last thing I want to do is offend anyone. The main thing is what constitutes a good cigar and what is considered a dog rocket? For example, I have RyJs, AFs, and a bunch of sampler cigars from Corona. So is just about anything besides a Thompson (and of course machine made) considered an acceptable cigar? I'd like to get involved, not to mention pay back a few BOTL for all of thier help since I joined the board.

It's all about Karma - send what you think are good cigars. If you like what you send out (within reason - i.e., Thompson house brands and flavored cigars), then it's a good bomb. All of our circumstances, humidors are different. Pick someone and send them something. (You can even do some research on the board of what they've smoked and liked.)

Chris's last sentence is the best idea. Just search the person's name and you'll see what they posted for "Tonight's Smoke" or something like "My mother-in-law sent me a Swisher Sweet and I've been looking for them ever since."

S-rage, I didn't know the guys in Iraq had such good internet access. Cool. I saw your request for smokes and will answer when I can get it together enough to send something. Take care of yourself in the heat -- people are dying here in Phoenix from it.
Also, be advised that Seahawky loves those Macanudo miniatures.

Internet access is pretty good on the Air Force side. Most of us have desk jobs. I'm in communications so I sit in front of a computer all day long and have an internet connection in my room. We have two Internet cafes set up for those less fortunate. No coffee available but they can stay in touch with family back home.
