You sure really spend some time on the boards and get the feel of what is going on here. I doubt seriously if anyone will open doors up
to you with such a short history. Visit the boards, pay attention and if you're a stand-up guy, perhaps in time you'll be given a chance to prove yourself. Smile Be sure you read BinDer's
noob posts and don't be afraid to use the search feature - it'll save you from asking a
lot of needless questions. Wink

In the meantime send me your unwanted smokes and if they are what you say they are - I'll
complete the pass/trade with your requested
FFOX of equal value. Big Grin

Once one has a quality source it is not hard to get Cuban cigars. What IS hard is trying to accept a new guy with only several posts claiming he wants to trade the "Cubans he doesn't like" (MC#2, PSD#4, etc) away for Opus.

WE KNOW our Cubans are real, WE KNOW our friends and long time compatriots Cubans on thi ssite are real and that they are trustworthy,

You sir however are an unknown, an enigma wrapped in a riddle and smothered with sceret sauce. Pardon us if it takes us a while to warm up to you. This isn't Ebay, we don't have fraud protection, all we have are reputations and our defenseless cigars. Our system works, but it requires some time to be an established member of the community.

Not to be mean or anything, but to be perfectly honest, no one is going to trade with you after only posting 13 times, thats not the way it works around here, especially when Cubans and cigars that are high caliber like Opus X are involved. Stick around for a while, get to know some people and go on a few bombing runs to earn some trust. Like binder said, there is no protection for us trading on here, so unless some personal trust is built up among all of us, your not going to see any trades, sorry but thats the way it is.

Nobody wants to trade their cubans for opus x. Why you're still here I don't know, but the best way to deal with you would be to simply ignore any further posts, which I for one intend to, unless I see a brother fool enough to trade with you.

You are all wrong. Go away now, shoo fly.

Peace.

hey oh wise presidente, opus x and cubans are dollar for dollar pretty close, why wouldnt I want to trade? Unless your an idiot a partagas series d no 4 cost me $10 a piece, how much do you pay for you ffox? more then $10? I suggest you quit being an A S S H O L E and do good and ignore me, because I thought it would be fun to quit reading and jump in and play along with the PIF, well all hell broke loose because some idiot stole a box of cigars, well it wasnt me, so get over it. I dont need to steal cigars, I have well over $1500 in my own cigars, including real cubans, so I need not steal El Presidentes Dominican prized el crapola el senor

We tried. Now you've gone over the edge. El Presidente is a respected member here. You, my friend, at the 'sshole

Well, now there was a REALLY smooth way to fit in...I'd say you just pretty well bought yourself out of anything in the future. You come in here, brand spanking new and then jump on one of the "old guys"? What the hell is wrong with you? So long, dude.

The key to fitting in here is to take it slow. Read a while, post a few. Don't barge in with a desire to trade cubans or anything else. As we said, trading takes trust. Most of us (DHP is an exception) don't have blind trust. You're now aware of some of the reasons, Finefiddler and Tonylucca are two examples.

Most of us cherish our cigars and won't send them to anyone that just shows up on the board and in their first post wants to trade.

You didn't take it slow and got tagged a Troll. You didn't slow down either. Calling a respected member of the board an 'sshole is over the line. I'm sorry you decided to go down that path.

What a f'ing blowhard. Looks like we were right all along. Good luck DHP...

If it's that hard to stick around, maybe you shouldn't. There are plenty of other cigar forums on the internet, one of them is bound to be lacking a c*nt like you.

Are you bound to continue the PIF even if you don't receive the cigars?
