Since most of you have had some experience in shipping cigars, I am hoping for some tips:

1. What is the most popular courier to use, the one that is most reliable and gives the least amount of hassle(s)?;

2. What do most people use to mask or eliminate the sweet cigar scent?;

3. Do most of you suggest shipping the bands separately or with the stick? See, I'm Canadian so we can enjoy our Cubans however it's a little trickier for our American friends to enjoy the same smoke. If I was going to ship some lovely Cuban down south, should I remove the bands in case the Customs people get their paws on them s that they think they might be a Dominican stick?

Any and all suggestions are appreciated. Thanks, folks.

BTW - anyone in Canada (or the US) want/need any Cubans, let me know. I have some MonteCristo #2's and Romeo y Julieta #3 tubos (no tubes, I discarded them like a moron Frown ).

I don't know, it just sounds way too risky. I think from now on, I will play it safe - sell to those in relative driving distance. I would hate to see these get confiscated by customs officials...
