as stated over email i don't like this situation. it doesn't make sense. oh and if you guys do meet up. ID's need to be checked and documented. i'd even like it if the box isn't turned over but the puts and takes are done. so the box stays with spt and he ships it out but pittsmoker stil gets his takes and puts if you meet up together.

Sorry, didn't realize this was getting this crazy. Here's what happened, which I tried to explain in an email that obviously has not been received.

I live 3 hours away. The car I have here isn't mine, I was going to go home and get it today. It's not ready yet. I "sent" the email saying that I was going to go home and get the car on Wednesday. The email didn't get sent until Friday for some reason. I found out on Thursday that the car wasn't ready and that my friend's grandfather died and the funeral was on Saturday at 6, so I sent another email to spt. He received that one right away for some reason, and then afterwards received my initial email. hence the confusion.

if you guys meet you can do the takes/puts but give the box back so that he can ship it off. you gotta look at it from our persepctive. something just doesn't seem right and it's a decent amount of money being handed around.

I guess, but you guys have no margin for error. My explanation of what happened was reasonable (since it is indeed what happened), but hey don't mind my complaining now I don't have to bother with the shipping.

yeah, that sucks, you dont. hey, this is just a big mix up. your emails were not jiving but i can see what happened now. its up to jay. i was concerned b/c from my side it seemed like i was talking to two people and i was concerned someone was getting into your stuff and acting like you. this is the web, i know that sh't can happen. i dont want the box to be stolen, not saying YOU would but sh't what if someone was posing. if jay wants it kept with me, thats fine, or if things are clear, than you take the box.

i'd rather it say with spt and get shipped from there.

All those cigars man, I really had a hard time. Guess what happened. I brought by buddy along, b/c my girl didnt want to come, so we planned on going for a drink after. I only had so much money(ck card)so in the end I only chose one, to save for drinks. I picked the Oliva V. I went up to pay and the guy said ' minimun 20$ purchase for ck card. He said ' take it and get me next time'.I got the Olivia for free! Now that's nice. Gotta thank you for the info on that place man, big variety and its a cool joint. we ended up going to a place called Casey's.

i'm glad you guys had fun. pitt it was nothing more than a security precaution. i believe you are a 100% stand up guy. if the communication had been better (not your control) then the box would have moved on like normal. no big deal it all worked out. if anything this pass just adds to your rep more.
