Ok lets see if we can get this going.
I need 9 other people, I will be the tenth, to compete in this contest.
The first nine in will get to pick numbers from 0-9. I will take the last number left.
We will combine the final score of the game and the winning number will recieve a cigar from the rest of the competers.
The first to say I'm in gets to pick first and so on. When 9 people are in I will take what ever is left.

The loosers will contact the winner for his info and send him a cigar.

I'm in. Just a question (and a dumb one I'm sure) but am I getting this right: if the final score combined comes out to be 75, then the person who picked the number seven wins?

No my friend, the winner would be five.
If the score is 21 to 14 the combine score would be 35 making 5 the winner.
Sorry, I should have explaned that.
