I had a nice get together last week. I butterflied a few chickens, coated them with a nice spicy dry rub about 2 days in advance and grilled em real slow. I served em with Sausages, potato salad, ceasar salad, and buttload of appetizers. It was good. I have never done a brisket but one of these days I will try. My next experiment will be to butterfly a whole turkey and grill it. That should be interesting.

Well boys it's about 12:30 pm pacific time right now and the fire is lit and beers have been cracked. Got an order of smokes in, my first PAMs can't wait to smoke em. Stoge, the party's startin' without ya!

All I need is an excuse to fire up the smoker....in honor of Stogemiester......I will do the same in a few hours. I grilled some chicken breasts and rib-eyes last night accompanying monday night football. I think tonight will be some pork spare ribs

Carlos Torano Exodus 1959 and some Shiner Bock will be my supporting cast for the feast..

All right, I've taken some time out to post while I'm gettin the fire ready for dinner. I've got 3 racks of baby back ribs that I rubbed last night and 2 Kilos of shrimp that are gonna get BBQ'd with some lemon garlic basting. There's more chili-beans and garlic/parmesan bread to go with it and I'm gonna make some salad to go with it (garden and pasta). The plan is to eat, watch the Red Sox pick up #3 and light up a PAM afterwards. Of course the "beverages" will be plentiful throughout. Hope your night is as good as mine guys .

I'm drinking some silver bullets right know, waiting on the Bo Sox to take game 3. Sounds like fun Smokie. I got a good recipe for grilled shrimp also Smoke, its the BOMB! Take care,
