I'm trying to help out a buddy who's ordered several 'Dors from them for his wedding and he hasn't gotten the 'Dors and can't get in touch with HC. No response to email, no one answers the phone number listed on the site. Humidor Central

I pulled up that address on my companies Business database (work for data processing company, we have over 13million business listings). It's coming up with the following other company names all with Brian Lee as the contact.

Hey Ruger, I think I can help. I live right around the corner from them. No, they don't have a store front. They actually work from the basement of a house that's a real estate agency. Small little place. All the orders are shipped from that location. They have most of their stock there with another storage facility in south jersey. They seem pretty unorganized, only two guys running the show. The reason for the delay on orders shipped is because they had a major flooding there in the basement. The water pipes that run across the ceiling of the basement burst and ruined the entire joint. The area where all the humidors are stored was severly damaged. They are trying to catch up with orders. Shoot me an email with some info about your friends order and I'll pass by there tomorrow after work to find out what's the deal. I know the guy cause I go there every once in awhile with friends to buy humidors. Since I live near them..it beats shipping, I can just pick up what I want, pay cash, no tax, and I'm out.
