We should raise up and make some kind of stink. I wonder if anyone ever contacted the ACLU? I know, they might not be sympathetic to our cause, after all, they have bigger things to worry about. (A bunch of mostly well-off guys who can't afford to smoke Davidoffs anymore...boo hoo!)

But civil liberties are their raison d'etre...isn't this a civil liberties issue? To me, 5%, 7%, even 10%...that's a tax. 120-plus percent is un-American, plain and simple.

I'll put my money where my mouth is on this one if there are any lawyers among us with some free time. $25 or so from every member here...that's gotta be enough to at least file some papers. Let's get in their faces!
