I just have an "inventory" of 7-10 cigars at once so I use them to store from the time of purchase until use -- generally about 2-6 weeks. Overall, the humidibags are supposed to last 6 months but I replaced the last one at 4.

I just bought one when I was at Sosa's in Orlando. Looks like a good way to travel and hold excess cigars. I found their web site which lists retailers.
Good for travel, but I wouldn't use them for long term storage.

dude, it's fine to use these as a humidifing device. Your cigars will appreciate something like this that can regulate the humidity well and will hold it a lot better than a credo. In my overflow tuppedor I've got 2 water pillows.

Even better just get some climax beads since those little water pillows weren't intended for such a large area.

Well, I've got a drymistat tube in the humidor and the tuppedor is stuffed and the waterpillows are nice because ergonomically they fit in there well. When space is limited.
Humidipaks are great for 2-3 months max. I once used a syringe at work to carefully puncture the outter plastic and inject distilled water into the foam humidifying layer and get an extra 1-2 months, but in the long run a small desk humidor is better.
I don't use them much anymore because when I travel I prefer a hardside case or cigar caddy humidor.
