It doesn't really matter. I usually take off the cellophane wrappers so that the humid air can fully circulate around the cigars. They age better that way. But, it's up to you.
Baseball is like church. Many attend, but few understand.
to keep the taste true to the cigar,I cut the excess plastic off the end then put it away. Its not really that important though.and hey follow the seasoning instructions that came w/ the humi.[important!]

The only thing that the cellophane really does is protect it during shipping. The cigars rubbing together without cellophane tends to crack the wrappers more easily. I personally take it off and try to store "like" cigars together. But, that is kind of a big debate that seems to be ongoing on this site. If you search, you will find some long threads on the topic.
Matters not.. I remove the cellophane off my cigars before placing them in my humidor but lots of folks dont. Everthing I have read says it really does not matter either way.

I like to take the cigars out of the wrappers, put just the wrappers in my humidor, and put the cigars in the glove box of my car. This keeps the wrappers at a nice even temperature and humidity level and I always have alot smokes in the car.
