Big Shot Cigars and Hellam's Tobacco in Monterey, CA. On occasion I drive up to Morgan Hill Tobacco Company in - you guessed it- Morgan Hill, CA.
Sometimes I smoke outside my house while reading, during a bonfire on the beach, or just walking around downtown with friends, maybe at Fisherman's Wharf or by our favorite coffee shop.

This issue is actually beginning to pose a problem for me...
I'm am a young, full-time student, and since at this point in my life, anything could change, I do not own a home. Thus, I can't smoke in my apartment. Our town recently passed a ridiculous smoking ban in almost all "public" locations. (The problem is that their definition of "public" includes privately owned businesses) I am lucky, however, that they haven't yet banned sidewalks. As long as it is warm out, I go for a stroll around campus and perhaps over to my friend's house, where smoking is allowed.
In the winter, I am relegated to my very modest Toyota Tercel...
Oh how I wish the government wouldn't meddle with the decisions of business owners so I could go to a local bar.
In summer - on my balcony with a view of the coastal mountaints around Vancouver, BC, or the patio of any pub/restaurant with a view of the Pacific. most in my area still allow smoking outside. some pubs even sell single sticks at the bar.
In winter - my local B&M, City Cigar. or still on my balcony, just with a heavy coat.

Since the smoking ban in Philly, I mostly smoke on my porch at night. Although even before the ban, most bars/establishments would allow cigarette smoking but not cigar smoking. There are quite a few places that I still will not go today, out of spite, becuase they would allow cigarettes but not cigars.
I digress.... I still enjoy a smoke every once in a while in washington square (until they ban public parks) during my lunch break.

On the deck if the weather allows. It is a great place to watch a storm blow in unless the wind shifts! Occasionally at the bar or on a walk, fishing is another good time. I may not have a local B&M but rural Iowa does not have too many smoking bans!
90% on my screened porch w/fireplace (for the winter) 5% in the backcountry of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park while backpacking 5% B&M's and bars that still allow cigar smoking.

In the old days I would smoke anywhere, at work, in the car in the livingroom, bedroom or bathroom, but now I go to the den. A nice quiet place where I have a fireplace in the winter, air conditioning in summer, a full bar, TV and my computer.
On nice days I sit out on the deck with my smoke.

Anyway, I sit in my garage in the summer and in the winter I don't smoke too often because I don't feel like sitting out in negative 10 degree weather.

In the morning I'm on my pool patio surrounded by flowers. Very relaxing waking up to coffee and reading the paper while smoking a great cigar.
Afternoons and early evenings and during inclement weather, I'm at the Havana Club smoking with like minded guys and gals. Game of Gin or Backgammon and some Hold-em while sharing great cigars.
Late evenings on my patio again. I turn on the pool lights and my wife and I will share wine or drinks and smoke cigars. I installed a very nice CD player so we turn on some good music to set the mood. She likes the flavored cigars but will smoke a mild Montecristo or a Ashton Maduro.
While traveling I take some cigars to enjoy. Mountains, New Orleans or Vegas I will find a nice spot or take a walk and smoke a cigar. Great way to meet people.
Local Cigar bar or cigar friendly restaurant bar after dinner.
Houston is still a pretty good place to live if you're a smoker. Hopefully the damn smoking ban will get over turned instead of going into effect Sept. 1. A lawsuit has been filed by the bar/club community so it should delay it at least.
