Macanudo Vintage 1999. I think the Vintage is actually worse than the regular line. Live and learn...at least I got to throw the butt at ILoveMeSomeMe.

Just had a Olivia Series G robusto. Not much flavor after a few Rocky Patel Sun Growns over the weekend.

"Cuban seed tobaccos grown in Nicaragua and Cuba. The wrapper would be from Cuba. The binder leaves would be from Nicaragua. For the ligero tobacco in the filler, he would use two types, one from Esteli and the other from Jalapa in Nicaragua. The other filler components, seco and viso, would come from Cuba, the former from Villa Clara, the latter from Pinar del Rio. That Cigar, he says with pride, would score 100 points."

Sat on the porch and had a RP 1990 Torp; Hope that one of my "neighbors" Joel482 reports in as he had some rough tornado weather in his neck of the woods last night.

"I found that Palmolive had a nice, piquant after-dinner flavor - heavy, but with a touch of mellow smoothness."

Earlier today I had an FDO Maduro, after not smoking for a few days due to a cold. Tonight I am a bit congested so I may not have my evening smoke. If I do then it will be a AF Curly Head.

Come again? You know I don't speak Spanish. In English, please. What? You pooped in the refrigerator? And you ate the whole... wheel of cheese? How'd you do that? I'm not even mad, that's amazing.

TSF, Thanks for the concern... Actually all the damage was done about 5 miles north of me...all we got was a lot of much-needed rain with some strong wind... That's why we didn't even try to smoke last night...

Tonight, totally different! Beautiful night on a different friend's Fire Level with a RP Vintage 1992...my first...along with several beers and other friends watching Florida explain SEC football to OSU. Just an all-around great night!

My first Padron 3k. I would say the flavor was a bit mild for my tastes, but I enjoyed it -- could actually taste the light nutty, sweet, and chocolate changing as it burned. Fairly good burn, loose draw, burned a bit fast, but good smoke, not hot, got soft about the label. I'd read that these weren't all that powerful, but the power definitely snuck up on me fast and hard at teh end.

A question for Padron k smokers -- Looking at the foot, my nautural had a dark core leaf that looked night and day different from the rest of leaves. Is this typical? If so (or not, I guess) what is it?
