Hi. I'm new to this forum, but not to cigars in general. I'm a leftover from the Cigar Boom. I confess....I used to be a Ratings Whore. I've smoked Altadis' Dominican Red Dot Cohiba's and found them extremely complex and flavorful. Yes, I paid $14 for a tubed NC Cohiba. And I liked it. I liked all the rip-off NC brands...Romeo Y Julieta, Monte Cristo, H. Upmann. I mean, they were SUPPOSED to be better than the Communist Cuban cigars, right?
BIG WRONG!!! My first Cuban cigar was a Monte Cristo No. 2 and it made my pallet come alive. Since then I have sampled most of the lines of Habanos. I still smoke non-cuban cigars as there are a few decent ones out there. But for the most part, when I want to sit back, relax, and really get into my cigar, I fire up a Habanos.
I look forward to sharing and gaining knowledge with all of you. Thanks is advance for your warm welcomes and if I can ever be of assistance or entertainment I'll jump right in, if that's o.k with all of you.

Keep your hands and feet inside the ride at all times. Sit back and enjoy the ride.

The smart thing to do would be send one stick to as many people as possible. That way we are all implicated in the little conspiracy but enjoying a great smoke at the same time!
