Had some time to kill in Manhattan today so I went over to Barclay Rex accross from Grand Central. Walked into the humi and was just looking to see what they had. A sales associate came in and said "may I help you find something?" "Okay", I answered, " Im looking for Oliva G or the Serie V" His response killed me. "Sorry Sir we do not have them at this time but we do have Oliver cigars, they are not the same but they sound alike"

Grabbed 2 camachos and left.

Peace

That is weird. Maybe the guy was just being cute. I used to stop in there from time to time when I was passing through Grand Central, but I was never particularly thrilled with their selection. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, though.

Next time ask him if they have a Tampa humudor. He will sure offer you some Tampax instead...

Or even better: ask for a box of Hav-a-Tampas - he'll offer you half a box of Tampax... Sounds alike.
