Tonight I have a Diamond Crown Maximus Robusto #5. The Maximus is a more powerful cigar than other Diamond Crowns with a real complexity and a true taste of leather.

Lok17 when the Extreme first came to market back in about 2000 it was a powerhouse. I loved them, but they have become kind of run of the mill cigars as has much of the original CAO line.
When the CAO Anniversary series was made in Costa Rica, prior to 1999 it was one of the best NC cigars on the market.

This afternoon at the local shop, a CAO Odyssey...started unraveling from both ends, almost from the get go... Smoked about 3/4, then just got tired of it... I may have caused the problem by leaving them in their coffins inside the humidor... Tomorrow, all cigars are coming out of their coffins...

A Joya de Nicaragua Gran Consul, which was preceeded by a Punch Rothschild. Others earlier.
