If you are going to the Super Bowl looks like you will have to beat the Cowboys at home.

GO COWBOYS!!!!!!!!!

"Cuban seed tobaccos grown in Nicaragua and Cuba. The wrapper would be from Cuba. The binder leaves would be from Nicaragua. For the ligero tobacco in the filler, he would use two types, one from Esteli and the other from Jalapa in Nicaragua. The other filler components, seco and viso, would come from Cuba, the former from Villa Clara, the latter from Pinar del Rio. That Cigar, he says with pride, would score 100 points."

I didn't get to watch the game but had them on AM radio. Sounded great!
I wish Favre could have finished it out. For the Cowboys sake, he was just throwing it up for grabs.
T.O. had a good game too, he is really a great receiver.

Wait until the Packers have a healthy Chuck Woodson. T.O. was abusing Al Harris. Woodson will put T.O. on lockdown. In the last two years, he has been the best cover corner in the league.

Even with Woodson healthy, they probably would have had Al Harris cover TO anyways. Woodson is not athletic enough (anymore) to play bump and run as well as Harris.

Woodson is not athletic enough? Completely disagree. In the last two years he has not been beaten for a touchdown once and has 12 picks. He is twice the player Harris is. If he is not athletic enough anymore, why do they have him returning punts? You are obviously not watching the same games I am.

Ya, because he's lost alot of speed since his rookie days. He hasn't been to the pro bowl since his early Raider days. And you know why? Because he mauls receivers and gets flagged. He's been one of the the MOST consistently penalized corners in the league. A PI might be better than giving up touchdowns, but everyone knows secondary penalties are huge yardage penalties...of which he gives up ALL the time. Al Harris may not get as many picks, but he shuts down alot of receivers and he knocks down alot of passes.

Also, returning punts has nothing to do with his skills as a corner. Devon hester is maybe the best returner of all time, but still not good enough to start at offense.

Woodson got screwed out of the Pro Bowl last year. He led the NFC with 8 pics. Saying that Woodson is one of the most penalized CB's in the league is completely inaccurate. I think you need to check your facts. Harris has almost twice as many penalites as Woodson this year. Over the last two years, Harris has also given up almost twice as many completions. I think you might have a hard time understanding the game of football. But that's okay, you can still enjoy the games.

Charles Woodson ranks 12th in the entire NFL (all positions) for most penalties since 2004. Coincidence that he has not made the pro bowl since...what, 2001?

Up until a few weeks ago, before he was hurt, he led the entire league in penalties.

I took those stats straight from ESPN...so you can go tell them they don't know football.

Witten, Crayton, and Barber will handle the scoring if Woodson "locks down" T.O.

I was very impressed with how well Rodgers played. When Farve calls it quits they should be in good shape.

In the NFC championship game I think it will be closer in the first half. Farve looked like a rookie that was star struck to me. I don't see him playing that poorly next time. I'll take the over at 91.

Sobek, can you kindly post that link? I'm looking at Elias and I don't see the same stats you do.

Here's a stat:
Owens: 7 catches, 156 yards, 1 TD (should have been 2)

You describe Harris as a shutdown corner? I think we have completely different definitions of what a shutdown corner entails.

Well, according to this link, both Al Harris and Charles Woodson are on the board in terms of penalties.

Boknows posted the link.

First off, that's TO. One of the best active receivers now.

Second, TO was put into motion alot so that Harris could not get the bump on him...which is crucial for both Woodson and Harris...especially Woodson since he is 200+ lbs and depends on the bump to slow the receivers. Which btw is why he fouls so often...because at his weight if he allows a free release he is burnt bad unless holds.

A shutdown corner is one that automatically takes away the receiver they are covering as the first option. Champ Bailey is a good example of a shutdown guy, but obviously he still gives up passes and gets burned for TD's. A shutdown corner is not someone who just blanks out a primary receiver...you will never see that happen with today's 5 yd bump rules.

Al Harris is no where close to a shutdown corner. He gave up at least two touchdowns last night and should have been 3. He has consistently been getting beat this year. Woodson has not been been deep for a touchdown in the last 29 regular season games.

I guess we will have to agree to disagree on this one because no one will ever be able convince me Harris is better than Woodson.

well what team to you root for? there are fans of any team that are annoying. Goto any professional game and you will see thousands of them.

your statement would be like me saying all Shakespeare fans are idiots.

It's great to see the cowboys good again. Football is depressing without em.

I just like cigars, is that ok?
