And he's wondering why people are pointing guns at him. He's just a dumba$$. Pulling our troops out only invites our enemies to come here and they already proved they'll do that. If he becomes president get prepared to be invaded.

What's wrong with a political stand to work towards getting out of Iraq and thereby not "wasting" 9+Billion dollars a month?

What's wrong with reviewing other wasteful military programs and making appropriate changes?

In the current Cheney/Bush administration, the military industrial complex along with some miguided neo-cons are ruling what the USA can and cannot do.

Of course, my comments above are geared on the beliefs that (a) Iraq was a mistake and it is time to get out, and (b) the USA needs to be the leader to slow down the rediculous and dangerous world-wide build-up of nuclear weapons by many countries.

And Obama isn't even my favorite candidate, but compared to McCain, Obama is a shining and brilliant light offering needed corrections.

Why waste anything we are there to help the Iraq people set up a Democratic government.They are not poor they should help foot the bill pay us war reparations for lack of a better word.They don't have cash no worries they can pay us in oil.Lord knows they have got enough of it.This will ease the burden on the tax payer and help to stabilize the price of gasoline in America.

how do you propose we go about doing this, half the world hates us anyway, i find it hard to believe that iran and north korea are going to follow our example. if anything we should be reinvesting into missile defense to make sure we never have to face a nuclear threat.

So, Iraq should pay the US in oil for the costly, deadly, destabilizing war the US brought to them because the US wanted to show the rest of the middle east the wonders of democracy?

Im not so sure as Doc was talking about Obama as making a statement against one of the members on this forum. I usually stay just visual with political threads, most of the time because I believe I am the least knowledgable person, and politics arent my thing. Simply because no one is really right or wrong, but everyone argues for their point. So to me political debates are a lose-lose argument and usually end up getting personal. All that being said though, I agree with what Ron Sanders said.

Hey no body is forcing you to live in America under their Tyrannical rule.If you do not like what they are doing go there and live amongst the Iraq people.Find ways that you believe you can help them.By your own admission by leaving here you are leaving nothing behind.America is a blood thirsty country in your terminology.Why stay here continue to work and pay taxes for something you do not believe in.And every dollar you pay goes towards killing your friends in Iraq.My suggestion only alleviates the stress put on our economy by the war.Think about it if they do not pay the reparations we pull out.I personally could care less.God helps those who help themselves.But to constantly bad mouth your country as you have done on this forum is appalling.A lot of things this administration has done i do not agree with.But to bad mouth your country is just unpatriotic and stupid.We expect it from Heeby Jeebus he is not even an American.But you sir i do not understand.
