Shorty's got to give mad props to Xikar...

I had a Xikar rosewood cutter where the wood was sliding down a little bit and the cutter was getting 'slightly' dull (one year of use as the primary cutter).

I remember'd Xikar's guarantee, shipped it to them, and asked that they take a look.

One week later I received a free leather sheath, but no cutter... so I called.

Christy picked up. Wonderful lady. She informed me that they decided to give me a new rosewood cutter and that it was in the mail. Today I received it! Kudos to Xikar for being responsive and helpful...and just down right classy.

It is one thing to comparison shop and purchase the right product, but knowing your product is backed up by quality people makes it easier to throw down the cash.

Anyway, just sayin' thanks to them and giving another nod in their direction for anyone looking to buy a cigar cutter.

Makes me even happier in my decision to buy one last week. I love the thing! It works like no other I have ever used. Sharp little guy.

Yup, I just got my second one after losing my first. Best cutter I have ever used. I also really like the tabletop v cutters with the slot machine style pull handles. They are very cool although not nearly as portable.

Love Kurt and the gang at Xikar. I carry like 4 Xikar items with me at all times, including a knife, the old two piece punch, and a Xi Titanium. I even have one of the old two flame lighters that was made for them a couple of years ago. Customer service is the ultimate best from these guys.

I'd like to get one of the new cigar cases they have. I like the black & metal look. Plus it would match my cutter Big Grin.

Great cutters. Just use a glasses screwdriver to tighten the screws every once in a while and you're set. I also have the Xikar folding scissors and just ordered a twist punch from them (haven't gotten it yet but am anxious).

Forgot that I owned a folding scissor and back up Xi in rosewood and back-up 2 piece punch. Wished they still made those. I think Kurt should give me some stock in the company with as much as I have bought from him. Like 4 knives as well.

Well, everyone here gets so feisty when people don't "search before they post" so it would seem that is exactly what he did to appease the snobs 'round here Wink

Why post new, when you can reply?

Great product and people to stand behind it. Had one for ages, it started to stick and was not cutting easy, sent it back, and they sent me a brand new one.

Eventually time travel will be impossible.
