Cigars just seem to burn a little better at 65-67% RH.

yup, many people have burn problems at 70%. Many websites and stores recommend high humidity levels and I'm not sure why. I just read on a website yesterday that he correct level for Cuban cigars is 72%-74%. People around here will often keep Cubans at 62%-64%. It is all a matter of opinion really, I try to keep mine at 65% or 66%.
