I'm a student based in Cork and rarely make it up to Dublin, so I don't know what the situation with cigars is. There's only a few places in Cork and they have a very limited selection, only stocking the top of the line mainstream Cubans, which I can't afford with any regularity.

Are all cigars in Ireland ridiculously taxed and thus ridiculously expensive? I presume one of the shops will post stuff down, but is it even worth trying for something cheaper? Do any of the shops have a catalogue, because I've looked at there sites and they don't have a store system. Finally, is it worth ordering from one of the European sites or will customs pick up on it?

Cheers.

Yes, at least all cigars bought in Ireland.

I presume one of the shops will post stuff down, but is it even worth trying for something cheaper?

Yes and yes

Not really.

Finally, is it worth ordering from one of the European sites or will customs pick up on it?

Yes and there is a chance.

Cheers.

Send me a mail Buceph, it's in my profile.
