After a crappy day of work I had a Hemingway short story
"Baseball? It's just a game. As simple as a ball and a bat, yet as complex as the American spirit it symbolizes. It's a sport, a business, and sometimes even a religion." -Ernie Harwell
A Cohiba Robusto with Cuban coffee this afternoon, and a Montecristo Especial No. 2 after dinner.
"Maybe it's like becoming one with the cigar. You lose yourself in it; everything fades away: your worries, your problems, your thoughts. They fade into the smoke, and the cigar and you are at peace." Raul Julia

Hello all, I had a great day today at the Byron Nelson Classic hanging out with some friends. I started out the morning with a Bolivar Royal Coronas, then at the Byron I started with a Coronado by La Flor DC, I ended the great day with a Oliva V Torpedo.
"Is that a Churchill cigar in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?"

Another Opus X #5 for me, can't keep my hands off of them!
Working on mirroring two remote Solaris servers. Gotta love UNIX.

80+ degrees on the Chesapeake today...played a round of golf today...golf wasn't as good as the cigars...RyJ Vintage, Padron 3000 maduro, and an Oliva V...
Yesterday morning had an Oliva Serie G Torpedo with my morning coffee, very enjoyable.
Yesterday afternoon, had a La Aroma De Cuba Cetros with a few vodka & sodas, an excellent smoke. I still concur; these have a very similar flavor profile to an Ashton VSG. Mine also need a little more time in my humidor. They arrived a little damp side-probably around 70% RH.
Last night, a Padron 3000 with a few more vodka & sodas.

I know I said that I was going to smoke one of my Padron Anniv Series tonight. But looking through my humi I saw my LFD Factory Press that I have been meaning to smoke but really didn't have the time to sit down and enjoy it. Until tonight. It was very smooth and good. An excellent smoke. It reminded me of the Ashton VSG. Have to add more to the humi.
P.S...It is never easy to lose a family member or any love one whom ever it maybe. My condolences to you and your family Florida. Be strong.
