All news has some bias. Sometimes, the commentary on Fox makes me gag; however, it is clearly identified as commentary. CNN rarely makes this distinction. I try to get my news from many sources, as the the middle.

Don't be so sure...In fact, from my experience, I'd say this is dead wrong...just because no one has been caught doesn't mean it doesn't happen...That's like saying the Patriots were the only team stealing signals...

This is great...after I posted that, I went back and read some of your previous posts at random and realized I had wasted my time using reason and objectivity, trying to stick to germain points and offer rational analysis....
so, here you go...
Presley, you're 100% right, all the time...I'm 100% wrong. I have been so humbled and will go re-read, and memorize everything Rush, Bill, and Hannity have published until I completely comprehend the error of my ways...I was a fool to question such sound logic and it was certainly my fault, and to my detriment, to offer my own insight and thinking into a discussion...I should have made my comments driven condem and ridicule...and I know I need to incorproate more rhetorical questions into my approach and resort more often to catchy phrases like "get a life" and "load of crap."
As I move forward in life, I will forever shut-out new ideas that challenge my way of thinking and condescend all challengers to things that do not conform to my new, and extremely rigid, close-minded view of the world. I will hate more, exercise less compassion, and remain entirely in the box of ignorance I will create for myself.
Thank you for highlighting my errors and mistakes, I will strive to do better, but not to be better than those obviously superior.

I'm not superior at all, I'm backing up everything I say with facts... Fact one-A Clinton insider was a CNN plant at the Republican debate. Fact two-Fox News is the highest rated cable news channel. Fact Three-When Hillary had it rough, Bill came out complaining that the candidates were picking on a girl...
You cannot dispute these facts and therefor complain that I am "always right", well I know I am wrong at times but you need to prove it with facts as I have to you rather than throw up your hands in a sophomoric display of frustration. I'm sure we agree on some things, politics just isn't one of them. However, I did not mean to offend you, just stating facts and they can come off as more abrasive on a web page.

You're right! it was a Clinton plant...I was wrong to use personal experience to challenge that! I have never met the people that recruit audiences for debates, nor have I ever met the people that conduct oppositon research and write "loaded" questions...
You're right! Fox news is the highest rated cable news channel...I was a fool to think that high ratings = no bias...I was a fool to think we were discussing biases when we were really talking about ratings...And I certainly don't recall when Fox first began to air and had low ratings, because if I did, that would lead me to believe CNN was right-on-the-money back then...god forbid any recollection of pre-Fox news, no one must have been right then, the whole world just was one big sham of bias...
You're right...I recall Bill C. saying exactly, "don't pick on a girl." I would have argued that his timley admission of some of the flaws of his administration were used to provide cover for his wife, but really, he was out just stopping bullys.
I'm not frustrated at all, and I'm only a freshman. And I'm sure we agree on a lot of things, I am a very conservative person, both politically and personally...but I do my best to remain objective and try to learn from others...I can learn more from someone I disagree with through an honest exchange that I can learn from pushing my point of view and clenching my beliefs so tightly that I suffocate myself...

Honestly, I'm disappointed with the whole field. There is no one perfect candidate. No true conservative all round, Guliani, McCain and Romney all suffer on illegal immigration, Huckabee on taxes, Guliani and Romney are bad on social issues...wow. I'm looking at who will be toughest on terror and I feel Guliani is the man for that job. Fred Thompson would be great if he wasn't so tired.

I don't think any of these "debates" are real debates. mJusty once I would like to see the moderator say, "sir (or madam) you did not answer the question, just say yes or no". They never willbe that hard because they know one of those people is going to be elected and they want to be able to interview them at a later date.

Sure, there must be a lot of conservative nutjobs that watch Faux News. What does ratings have do do with anything, and why would I need to explain it? McDonald's generates more revenue than any other restaurant chain in the country. Does that make it good food? Does that mean it's the best thing to eat?

By your logic, you should pay attention to BBC News, as their ratings exceed Fox's. (You'd be getting a more balanced perspective in that case anyway, so I guess you aren't entirely wrong for following the ratings...)
