Originally posted by Stuey: You're all a bunch of snobs! There are some flavored cigars out there that, like a mild Connecticut shade, are a good morning smoke with a cup of Joe. These include Cojimar Vanilla (always well made), and Torano's Sweet Nostalgia. Stop being so stuck up! I, for one, wish CA had an article every once in a while on the topic of flavored cigars. They obviously sell, or else they wouldn't be made.
What a Winner, DING, DING, DING!!! You have got to be kidding me, your first post and your going to come on the boards and call us snobs and stuck up. WTF! Yep, you pretty much sealed your faith. We are not snobs, we are AFICIONADOS!
If you like tobacco covered in flavored substances, then thats you perrogative. Smoke all you like but dont start insulting eveyone before you get to know us.
Stoge...I'm so glad your free!!!! I think you pretty much spoke for us all.
Gee...does that mean I am not an aficionado because I occaisionally smoke a flavored cigar...hmmm...I'll have to rethink a lot of things then. No one ever said that flavored cigars were to take the place of a regular cigar, nothing will. It's just nice to have a quick smoke with decent tobacco that doesn't reek like a cigarette.

Acid makes Maduro Murados in a little 10-pack tin. Very similar to their C-Notes, which are cigarillos. These are not for everyone, but they seem to be less offensive to "civilians" than traditional cigars. I honestly like them both. I also enjoyed CAO's Moontrance and Eileen's Dream. CAO's Karms Sutra Splash nearly made me hurl. Kahlua regular is nice too, especially paired with a white Russian. I still prefer traditional non-flavored cigars, but who doesn't enjoy dessert once in a while?
