On average, how many do you toss per box due to quality?

I mean for average priced cigars (say $100-$200 per box) from major market players only.

I ask because I think my tolerance is too low. I tend to smoke every single one but ruin my precious smoking time a few nights a week it seems. I may need to learn to let some go.

I agree with the replys here. Sometimes, though, I will get a box that is not so par and it will have several under- or over-filled cigars - but I still smoke them.

My last box of BOlivar PC's hosted quite a few underfilled cigars...a new roller whos output I arbitrarily captured, perhaps? (Yes, they were authentic.)

I try to only smoke premium cigars and rarely if ever do I get one that is so plugged that I have to toss it.

On occasion I do get something out of my regular lineup that may not smoke to my satisfaction, but I have a sharp metal poker for fixing plugs.

I agree, I don't like to waste my time on plugged cigars even at 10 buck or more a pop

The last time I had to give-up on a smoke was more my fault than anything else. I was impatient and had to smoke one just after they were delivered. That cigar was over-humidified and wouldn't stay lit.

Yeah, I'm the same as Steve. I smoked a RA small club corona right after the shipment came and it was a little wet.

Other than that, the only true plugged cigar I ever had was a HdM Epi #2. It was completely plugeed and no matter what I poked it with, it just wouldn't draw.
