hmm...they seem to like charging a arm and a leg lol I just need a 5-7 inch divider or tray, not anything taht requires custom work. Thanks for the link tho.
Step 1, grab an empty cigar box, preferably an all natural cedar one. Step 2, Using a very fine tooth saw or sharp knife, cut out everything that isn't a divider. taping the edges before you cut will minimize splintering. Step 3, insert divider into humidor, a little foamy tape can be used on the ends to insure a snug fit.
What Binder said...or go to your local tobacconist; they sometimes have blank cedar strips to use as dividers in rent-a-boxes (mine does anyway..they always seem to have more than they could ever use). If you don't have any of your own, they might also have some of the internal dividers used in some brands of boxed cigars (some Toranos, RPs, and a few others).....if nothing else, they always seem to have a back room full of empty cedar boxes left over from single-stick sales.
