well i'm jewish but every year my family gets together and we celebrate christmas. We do this thing called white elephant where everyone brings a present and you choose them through a number system. anyways, I ended up with a Romeo Y Julieta: Romeo No. 1. Packaging says it's from cuba. So that was dope.
one question on it though? It's a couple years old and probably wasn't stored in a humidor, is there anyway I'm able to get it back to a normal condition in a cheap way?

No
All the oils have since evaporated. So even if you properly re-humidify that cigar, it'll taste bland. Sorry...
Anyways, pretty good Christmas for me. I got some money from my parents, a Braun shaver, an Adidas backpack, Xbox 360 game (that I am going to return because I have a PS3), and that jenga game. Still need to get my gift from my girlfriend. I properly trained her by giving her my latest Holt's magazine and pointing out what is good... hoping for the Tatuaje Verocu #9!

I had great cigar-mojo this xmas. My darling fiance got me a Xikar Envoy and beautiful new ~100 count humidor (to deal with my current humi overflow problems). And my future bro-in-law got me a 10 count leather cigar case. Sweet!

You got a Cavanaugh hat or something similar? Ring-a-ding ding! Coolsville! I hope you have a Tat The Frank to break them in with.
I already mentioned I got a couple of Preferidos from my brother in law, one Gold and one Ruby.

My wife specifically told me no cigars or related material for Christmas. She got me the P90X workout program and "our" gift to the family was a 47" LG LCD...more like my gift to me

Among other things, my wife got me a clothing valet I had wanted for a long time. It was the last link in my becoming a gentleman.
An old friend in town from L.A. came by. He gave my wife a box of chocolates and, being a single malt Scotch drinker and knowing I'd never tried any, gave me a Rutherford's single malt sampler pack (Highland, Lowland, Islay and Campbeltown) in 50ml corked ceramic jugs with paintings of English game birds on them.
He had tried a cigar a long time ago and didn't care that much for it, so we had a smoke. Not having any really mild sticks on hand, I gave him an AF Cuban Corona so he could see how flavorable cigars can be, and I had an AF 8-5-8. I showed him how to cut and light it and had him smoke it slowly, all stuff he didn't know. He liked the taste and complexity and said he could see why people liked to pair cigars with Scotch. A new convert, maybe.
Best of all was spending time with the wife and kids. A very good day.

I got a very nice Taylor wood guitar stand, a super cool antique reproduction travel clock for my desk, a Xikar 10 cigar travel humi and some assorted cigars, one of which I smoked last night, and I will probably root around and find one tonight, too.

I got a couple of gift cards, GNC and Home Depot, an electric charcoal starter, some slippers and some cigars, kind of a cc sampler: a mc edmondo, erdm choix supreme, juan lopez #2, por loranga robusto, psd 4, partagas corona, h upman corona and a couple others. My favorite is one my wife made, it's a fleece blanket, she made one for me and my kids, nice and toasty.
