I think the most hypocritical thing about PETA is how they dupe the gullible people into donating money to "help animals" but they don't even donate to a single shelter or animal assistance group!
PETA is geared solely to disrupting the commercial use of animals, something that has been occuring for about...10,000 years.
In light of what i have seen from Peta, I've to start hunting. Might go Quail hunting this season. Are there seasons for quail? Hell i've never really hunted so i dont know. Anyone here hunt birds?

I've taken out a few pheasant and chukar in my day.
Some PETA employees have been fined for illegally euthanizing dozens of animals. Imagine what they do to something they don't like. The guys on NRA News (Sirius) like to bring it up everytime PETA rears their ugly heads.

quail season? i don't know. I usually visit old college buddies in VA in late fall to do a hunt. we've been on stocked hunts that take your bird at the end and then cook them up for you (allegedly). but stocked hunts are usually a little pitiful. wild is much better and tougher. Never hunted up here in Mass. but during my time in VA I went, deer, turkey, duck and bird hunting. the last two are by far the best, especially quail. out in the field with a couple guys, couple dogs, you're walking around, don't have to be real quite. actually reminds me, i've got to schedule my trip this year.
don't have a gun or a FID...i'm thinking of actually getting an FID card this year.

Hunt wild turkeys, they are so much more fun. Nothing like having the turkeys walk right into the blind between you and a buddy so you can't even get a shot!

I'd like to go hunting. I want to bag the Northern Heavy Barebacked Beaver. PETA has a really famous example of this ever more common artificially created animal. While they are expensive to create, they are great to bag, heck, most are even good to eat. So, in honor of my hunting trip inspired by PETA, I'm going to eat some salmon tonight, the other pink meat.
