Who is seeing this? Certainly me. World wide release May 22. The MBC network (Middle East Broadcasting Center)is running a strong marketing campaign for the movie, and they're rerunning the 3 older Indiana Jones movies. I've seen them before long ago but wouldn't mind seeing them again.

Some US cities have out lawed bullwhips and require bullwhip owners to be registered, similar to gun registration laws.
More and more gangs are using bull whips to commit serious offenses, typically referred to as "Bull Whipping". US lawmakers are considering passing a law called the "3-crack law", which will automatically incarcerate any gang member who is convicted of cracking a bull whip 3x or more.
In other news, it has been proven in extensive studies that Republicans give off 3x more methane gas than Democrats.

I haven't seen a movie in the theaters since my first daughter was born in November '05. However, nothing will keep me away from this one on opening day.
To me, the Indiana Jones movies are some of the best action movies ever made. I just hope this new one doesn't go all CGI and turn Indy into another Hulk or Spiderman.

Of course I'll be seeing it. I love the Indy movies, but I'm also a big fan of Shia. I'm still young enough to have enjoyed him on the Disney channel when I was 12 and 13. I'm glad he's getting some good parts in bigger movies.
V.O. - flyboy... that was supposed to dupe US customs, not YOU! Remove the printed bands and see what they are....
I'm definitely going to be seeing it...though I don't know how great it will be as I thought Harrison Ford's co-star's peaked with Sean Connery in Last Crusade (my favorite of the three). Shia LaBeouf...I still have my doubts.

I've been waiting for this movie for quite a while. I was hoping they would bring but Sean Connery, but no such luck. Like Tosted Coastie, I'll be seeing this movie opening day.

Some of my fondest memories of my son's boyhood involve seeing the first three movies and visiting the Iniana Jones theme show at Universal in Orlando. He'll be home from college for the summer in a few weeks and (hopefully) we'll see the new movie together.
I'll be seeing it as well. Had my kids watch the first three to catch up. Also love the ride at Disneyland. I say Temple of Doom was my favorite of the 3, that kid cracks me up.

Do we have to watch the first three movies before watching the new one? I've seen them but I don't think I can recall anything other than a scene where Indiana shakes hand with Hitler in some book burning ceremony in some stadium. Does anybody recall this scene? Which movie was it??
I have to keep an eye peeled so as not to miss the reruns on the MBC. They're starting in May.
