I was at the cigar shop today and it was recommended to me.

Not a cigar I'd reach for, but I've had a few, and was pleasantly suprised.

If you can find 'em, try the Trilogy line of his cigars. Two stand out.

Authentic Corojo
and
Exotic Maduro.

Both are med-mild with loads of flavor. Plus they smell great!

They're not bad cigars - I've had a couple of AB Maxx Nano, and they're a decent short smoke. But I'm not going to run out and buy a box either.

So many cigars, so little time...

I too have had a few of the Alec Bradley cigars. They are a decent cigar for the price. Now they are no OpusX quality or Padron either but they are a decent fairly well priced cigar if you ask me.

Here are the notes I made after smoking Trilogy Authentic Corojo Robusto (by Alec Bradley):
Appearance not good - some veins and surface "roughness". Good draw. Burn somewhat uneven, but wasn't a big problem. Body – medium, tending to full. Taste not bad, especially to the end had some remote vanilla and spicy tones, but actually not much richness of flavor.
