Well I once was a loyal customer of this place.
No more though! This place absolutely blows now.

The past 3 times i have ordered from them, i either did not receive my order at all or received my order about 2-3 weeks late.

They used to be a great place to order from, but now the difference in customer service is like night and day. Anyone else experience this?

Exact same story here. I used to order from them evertime I wanted a new box of cigars and as of about this time last year, the orders began not showing up and I was having to call them to get the stuff out.
I orderd a box of La Vieja Habana's from them last August and the box showed up opened with no wrapping. The cigars, which were supposed to be indiviaually wrapped in cedar had no such thing on them and they were strewen all over the box, sideways upside down, etc. The last thing I orderd was a Perdomo sampler, showed up on time but the stogies were extremely dry, the wrappers were in poor shape with portions of it misssing. The kicker was that the charge didn't show up on my credit card until 3 months after the order, not good.

wow.. i havent ordered from here in awhile but i had nothing like you two experienced. i guess the dirt cheap prices caught up to them.. its ashame really!

I too will be using other online sources. Ordered a box Aug 6. Got an email showing they got my order and what the bill was. A couple of days after they should have gotten here I called and was told they were out of stock. They claimed to have emailed me - none in my inbox. Left them on back order and after a couple of weeks called to check status. On hold for ever and they could not find me in computer. After several minutes on hold with two different folks I told them to cancel. Mad

I've had good service so far, I ordered a box of Fonseca Vintage & Padron #3000 Maduro's 10 days ago. I got the Fonseca's mailed within a week and a customer service rep called me at work and informed me the Padron #3000 Maduros were back ordered until the end of the month and asked if I wanted Naturals instead. I said no and they assured me that the back ordered shipment would be "free shipping". We'll see ..

Just placed my first order with them a couple of weeks ago. Ordered a box of Master Blends. They emailed me and said it would be a week until they were in stock. A week later they shipped them, so I am 1 for 1.

I was a long time customer. It's not like i was one of their biggest customers, but I've probably ordered from them over 20 times.

This last order I have emailed them over 10 times, to 2 differenct email addresses, with no reply. I did get the same old "out of stock" email half a week after i placed my order. They told me it was to be shipped 2 wednesdays ago. Still no sign of them, and no response. I've tried to call once, but just got stuck on hold.

This has happened to me the last 3 times now. It's not like I'm some random guy ordering 10 dollar bundles. Every order I've put in has been for decent smokes. If they can treat a long time customer like this, it will happen to you guys sooner or later.

Anyways, they are no longer the best price around. They never have anythign in stock. Their customer service blows for treating a loyal customer like trash. screw them.
