So a while back a local b&m went out of business, and it was almost a hidden treasure which few knew about, as it was in a mall in the back of a nic-nac store.

They had 50% off their entire stock of smokes, which included opus x fuente fuente among the bunch (yes i bought some, but have not smoked yet, still saving them). Also, they had just a great selection, and I picked up the last full box of 1996 Montecristo Platinums, which are my favorite. The guy was great, he actually gave me closer to 75% off everything.

However, tonight I picked up my last cigar of the Monte's I had left in the humidor and almost couldnt bring myself to smoke it. This batch was perfect in my opinion, each smoke was irresistable, and the smoke that rolled from each puff took all the worries away.

The other cigar shop has them, but are seriously over priced, and I am wary of online purchases. I guess after this smoke, I will resort to the many other kinds i had picked up. Not saying they dont have the chance of being just as good, but i really did love this batch.

It's tough to do. I'm like that with scotch or dark rums. I used to have a bunch of bottles with just one or two ounces left in the bottom because I didn't want to finish them and couldn't get them locally. Just had to finally work up the nerve to do it. After all, you can always find great cigars.
