I've emailed the story writer and asked why they only named the Doctor and not the Fat @$$ who Complained.

True or not, I dunno, but my understanding from the media in New Hampshire is that the doctor was 'unnecessarily harsh and abusive', and 'treated the patient with ridicule and derision', rather than counseling her on the dangers of her obesity in a more professional manner.

There's a wise old saying that says the truth hurts. She should learn to swallow the truth as well as everything else she does since she appears to do it with great regularity.
