No verdict yet, I think we are waiting for Mark Geragos to get to the court house.

I think a lot of people said he would be determined "not guilty." Seemed like the talking heads were criticizing the prosecution most of the time.
No sure things in trials anymore.

I'm happy that there is no shocker. We don't need any more of those...

devils-advocate here but....i don't think they proved beyond a reasonable doubt. Unless you sat glued to the CourtTV you can say either that he was guilty. The media RAN with this story from day one labeling him a murder. By the time it got to jury everyone was tainted. Surprise how they were deadlocked...two jurors are replaced then all of a sudden there is a verdict???
And if he was really "fleeing to Mexico" Why was he arrested on Torrey Pines Golf Course in San Diego? Last place I'd be if I was fleeing from the cops.

OUTSTANDING!!!! There is still justice in this country.
Should we sentance him to death?
Or, should we give him life knowing full well what his fellow inmates will do to him?

In Afghanistan they like to play a game called "Death By 10,000 Slashes". The object of this game is to take a very sharp knife and skin a person while keeping them alive as long as possible. Maybe we should send him to Afghanistan.
