Don't miss Pardron maduro...the regular line is great, the Anniversary line is stellar. If price is no object, then Padron Anniversary would be my 1st pick among regular production maduros.

Fuente maduros are typically good. The Anejo line, if you can find it, is a favorite of a lot of people.

As others stated, the Oliva Serie G maduro is a great smoke, and it's very well priced at $3-$5; the Oliva Serie O maduro is even better and still around $5-$8.

Be careful out there: even to this day, some unscrupulous manufacturers "dye" their wrappers black. You'll know which ones if your lips and fingers turn black while you're smoking.

Rocky Patel Edge Maduro
Padron #000 Series Maduro
Oliva Series G and O

Those are all fantastic Starter Maduro Smokes

Then you can move onto:
PAM's
Rocky Olde Worlds
Fuente Hemi's and Anejo's Wink

Which are my personal fav's!!!

You can find some good maduro smokes from: Carlos Torano, Sosa, Padron, Don Tomas, and Partagas.

The 3 I smoked yesterday are all pretty good.

R&J Reserve Maduro
Cusano 18 year paired Maduro
Ashton aged Maduro.

My favorite size would be Torpedo or Corona in these particular Maduros with the Ashton my favorite cigar of these 3 choices.

I'd start with the Ashton Aged Maduro.

My all time favorite maduro is the Hemmingway Work Of Art Maduro (WOAM). Second is the PAM.

"Cuban seed tobaccos grown in Nicaragua and Cuba. The wrapper would be from Cuba. The binder leaves would be from Nicaragua. For the ligero tobacco in the filler, he would use two types, one from Esteli and the other from Jalapa in Nicaragua. The other filler components, seco and viso, would come from Cuba, the former from Villa Clara, the latter from Pinar del Rio. That Cigar, he says with pride, would score 100 points."

I'd highly recommend the Ashton Aged Maduro as it is my favorite cigar for special occasions. I like the CAO MX2, but I've been busy trying out other cigars. The Olivia Serie G and O are cigars that you definitely need to try out. Macanudo makes some pretty good maduro cigars as well. Hope you find this useful!
